Do this meditation once a day to find inner peace - inspiration from Lee Asher and Asher House Wellness

Hey, good morning everyone—Lee Asher here with Asher House Wellness. I want to share a simple, one-minute meditation that will boost your holistic pet and human wellness and help you tap into inner calm:

  1. Find Your Sanctuary - Choose a quiet spot—where you and your pets can feel safe and centered.

  2. Deep Breathing (1 minute) - Close your eyes, inhale slowly and deeply, then exhale fully. Focus on the rise and fall of your breath. Continue this mindful breathing for one full minute—visualizing wellness flowing through your body and out to your furry friends.

  3. Silent Pause (40 seconds) - After the minute of breathing, simply rest in silence. Notice any sensations, sounds, or even your dog’s gentle breathing beside you. Let the stillness reinforce your calm.

  4. Return & Repeat - Resume the deep breath–pause cycle as often as you like. It may feel awkward at first, but soon you’ll slip effortlessly into a state of peace.
