If enacted, this law could impose overly restrictive limits on THC content so restrictive that full-spectrum and broad-spectrum CBD products would become effectively unavailable for many. Natural, non-intoxicating hemp remedies could be lumped in with recreational marijuana regulation.
That’s not right. These are wellness products, not recreational substances. For too long, hemp has offered safe, plant-based support for sleep, stress, recovery, and overall well-being. And for many, losing access would be more than an inconvenience, it would jeopardize their quality of life, day after day.
