Do this meditation once a day to find inner peace

Hey, good morning, everyone. I wanted to share with you a quick one one minute meditation that will change your life. So first, most important thing, you want a real quiet environment just like this. Took a deep breath and for one minute,

then pause. Again, real quiet environment and express it for about 40 seconds. Then right back to, all right, just keep doing that. Keep doing that. Don't stop. It's going to be hard the first time. It's going to be a little bit difficult the first couple of times you do it, but then one day you're just going to get it.
